This is me and my husband, Jim on our 25th wedding anniversary. We're not kids anymore, but we hardly identify as 'older adults'. We're just starting to accept that we 'might be' middle-age.
We've been around the block a few times, raised three kids, three dogs, and moved 7 times (3 cross country moves).
Without our health, we would have had a very different experience. My goal is to help you reach and stay at your best health knowing the best years are still to come.

"The doctor gave me 90 days."
"About 3 months ago my doctor said he needed to put me on statins for my cholesterol because it was way too high.
