We start with the foundation of Body, then move to renewal of your mind, focus on your family, improve your communication, and cap it all off with your career. Each area is a two-week focus followed by R &R, Review & Revise.
Review & Revise
Review your goal, the action step you chose, identify what is and is not working, make revisions and dial into the next action week. R & R is the BEST part of the program and what makes your single actions turn into habits.

Deeper learning comes from taking the time to reflect. What did you learn about yourself? Who are you becoming in the process? What are you most proud of? Why does that matter to you? This is a time to celebrate your accomplishments and make plans for what's next.
